Subscription offers open to new subscribers only. Direct Debit is available to UK subscribers only. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas). All prices are discounted from the full subscription rate advertised in each title, include P&P and are correct at time of going to press. If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
If the subscription offer includes a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within 28 days after your first payment has been taken. Future Publishing Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value. Gifts only available to subscribers on the UK mainland. Welcome gifts are only provided on selected promotions for Future Publishing Limited magazines with the following exceptions: TV Times, TV&Satellite Week, Woman's Weekly, Woman's Own, Woman, Now and Wallpaper*.
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Future Publishing, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 53626 whose registered office is at Future Publishing Limited, 3rd Floor, 161 Marsh Wall, London, England, E14 9AP, together with its agents and sub-contractors.
If placing your order on-line when you click "Submit Order" you will either see a page or receive an email if you have supplied your email address acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and payment has been taken.
You will receive this confirmation within 14 days by post, or by email within 72 hours if you supplied an email address.
We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
Subscription Term If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
If you have ordered a subscription for someone else a gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you’ll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days or an email acknowledgement within 72 hours (if you gave us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK and Overseas orders
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:
We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our customer care team in writing (see contact details below).
For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in sterling. Your Credit Card company will convert the sterling amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction. Future Publishing Limited may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be released as a cash payment.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). You either make a one-off payment for a one or two year subscription or make ongoing direct debit payments for any other subscription term.
If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.

If any of our magazines are put on sale in the UK which contain a covermount gift or supplement you are not entitled as a subscriber to receive these covermounts or supplements. Occasionally some subscriber copies may be sent with covermounts and supplements included, however this is the exception rather than the rule. If you wish to guarantee your receipt of any covermount you should purchase an additional copy of the magazine from your local retailer.Digital only subscriptions will not receive supplements or covermounts.
Magazines delivered to overseas addresses shall not contain covermount gifts or supplements.
Prize Draw and Competition Rules All prize draws and competitions which are associated with our magazine subscription offers are subject to separate terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, such prize draws and competitions are only open to you if you are able to supply us with a billing address in the UK.
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

As magazinesdirect.com is a site wholly owned and run by Future Publishing Limited, we’re able to guarantee that you won’t find a better price elsewhere for magazines that we publish. If you do and it matches the conditions below, then we’ll refund the difference. It’s as simple as that.
To claim a partial refund, you must supply evidence of the better price and email email@example.com.
THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE · This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Magazines Direct will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Magazines Direct to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Magazines Direct or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Magazines Direct asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

From time to time, Future Publishing Limited will promote discounts across its portfolio at various points during the year. These discounts only apply to the print version of the magazine, all digital and bundle versions are excluded.

Giftdirect subscriptions must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
Payment for giftdirect orders will be taken immediately not when the recipient completes the order process by providing a delivery address.
In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details then payment will be held indefinitely.
In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details, refunds will be made available to the donor upon request.

Digital Subscriptions Terms & Conditions
When purchasing a Digital Subscription through Magazines Direct you must follow the simple instructions shown in the receipt page in order to activate your subscription. Make sure that you have first downloaded the free App of your chosen title via the iTunes App Store and then ‘sign in’ by using the same Username and Password you created during the purchase process. Once signed in, issues will be available for free download. Covermounts and free gifts are not included with Digital subscriptions.
Digital subscriptions on Magazines Direct are only available on operating system iOS 9 and above.
Horse&Hound Plus Terms & Conditions

Existing magazine subscribers who purchased a subscription to Horse & Hound before 26th November 2019 are entitled to a free trial of our 'Digital Plus' package, which includes access to Horse&Hound Plus as well as the iPad/iPhone edition. This trial expires on 31st January 2020 or at the point the magazine subscription is cancelled - whichever is sooner. The trial is limited to one activation per subscription. To redeem your free trial, you will need to follow the instructions included here, which include supplying an email address and creating a Horse&Hound Plus account. For specific terms relating to Horse&Hound plus, please see this page. To continue accessing Horse&Hound Plus beyond the free trial period, you will need to upgrade your subscription before the end of 31st January 2020. 1. These User Terms
1.1 In accordance with the following user terms ('User Terms') and, Future Publishing Limited, its subcontractors, agents, and/or representatives grants you as an authorised user ('Authorised User' or 'you') of this Future Publishing Limited Web Site ('Web Site') certain rights (as set out below) and in return you agree to perform certain obligations.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Notwithstanding the limited rights granted to you in accordance with Clause 2, Future Publishing Limited, or Future Publishing Limited's suppliers, subcontractors and agents (collectively 'Future Publishing Limited Contractors') (as applicable) shall retain all ownership, title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in the Future Publishing Limited Material (including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade marks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registerable or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations whether registerable or not in any jurisdiction in the world ('Intellectual Property Rights').

4. Duration of User Terms and Termination

4.2 In the event that these User Terms are terminated for any of the reasons stated above you agree to comply with the following obligations:
4.2.1 The licence granted to you in accordance with Clause 2 shall be terminated forthwith and you shall have no further rights to use the Future Publishing Limited Material;
4.2.2 You must delete or destroy any of the Future Publishing Limited Material stored by you in electronic or hard copy form as soon as reasonably practicable; and
4.2.3 You will have no further rights to access or use the Web Site or the Web Site Services.
5. Future Publishing Limited's Responsibilities
5.1 Future Publishing Limited undertakes to use commercially reasonable endeavours to prevent breaches of security of the Web Site.

7. Consent to Use Your Personal Information
7.1 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using this Web Site and the Web Site Services, certain personal information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to Future Publishing Limited and/or Future Publishing Limited Contractors. 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Future Publishing Limited does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Future Publishing Limited, its employees, or Future Publishing Limited Contractors, and the remainder of this Clause 8 shall not apply to such liability.
8.2 To the extent that Future Publishing Limited is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to have any liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to this Web Site or the Web Site Services, Future Publishing Limited's entire liability shall be limited to £1,000 for any one incident or series of related incidents and up to £2,000 for all incidents in any period of 12 months.
8.3 Future Publishing Limited shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise for:
8.3.1 Any economic loss, (including without limitation, loss of revenue, business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings);
8.3.2 Any loss of goodwill or reputation;
8.3.3 Any loss of data; or
8.3.4 Any special, indirect or consequential loss.
8.4 The express terms of these User Terms are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms, and obligations implied by statute, common law, usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.5 The Web Site may contain links to third party web sites which are controlled and operated by parties other than Future Publishing Limited. The links will let you leave the Web Site and Future Publishing Limited is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Such notice will be effective if sent by e-mail or posted on the Web Site, 1 day from the date it was sent or posted on the Web Site. If sent by regular post, it will be effective 3 days after posting by Future Publishing Limited.
10.1 For the purposes of Clauses 1.4, 1.5, 3, 6.3, 7, 8 and 10.8 of these User Terms, Future Publishing Limited shall mean any Future Publishing Limited Group Company which means, an Future Publishing Limited subsidiary or holding company, or a subsidiary of that holding company all as defined by Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by the Companies Act 1989
10.2 These User Terms form the entire agreement between you and Future Publishing Limited and supersede any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations with respect to your use of this Web Site and Web Site Services.
10.3 Future Publishing Limited reserves the right to add to or change the terms of these User Terms in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. All changes to the User Terms will be effective once posted on the Web Site. Future Publishing Limited will provide notice of the changes to the User Terms for 30 days after posting the amended User Terms on the Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site or the Web Site Services following Future Publishing Limited's posting of such changes will be regarded by Future Publishing Limited as acceptance of the amended User Terms. 10.7 Subject to Clause 10.6, a person who is not a party to these User Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these User Terms but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
10.8 If Future Publishing Limited or any Future Publishing Limited Contractor is unable to perform any obligation under these User Terms because of a matter beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes (whether or not involving its employees), or other disasters or governmental laws and regulations imposed after the fact, or events beyond the reasonable control of Future Publishing Limited or the Future Publishing Limited Contractors, neither Future Publishing Limited nor any Future Publishing Limited Contractor will have any liability for that failure to perform.
10.9 Your use of the Internet is solely at your risk and subject to all applicable laws, and Future Publishing Limited has no responsibility for any information, software, services or other materials accessed or obtained by you using the Internet.

4. To request your free issue of the magazine, you will need to submit your full and complete details on the entry form. We may also require you to include a contact telephone number. This is to prevent fraud, confirm your details and advise you of other relevant promotions. Where a contact telephone number is required, one of our agents will call you on the telephone number you have provided. You will receive a call within the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 4pm on a Saturday to collect your details and advise you of other relevant promotions.
5. Where a contact telephone number is required, you must speak with one of our agents within 7 days of submitting your request and provide all requested details (for example, address) in order to be eligible to receive the free issue. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your free issue after your details have been taken over the phone. This will be confirmed by email or post.
6. Limited to one copy per UK address. You will be sent one compact issue copy of the next available issue within 28 days after your details have been taken over the phone. Magazines will be sent by post, to UK addresses only.
7. Future Publishing Limited will from time to time limit the number of free copies available. You will be notified in advance if this is the case and advised to return at a later date when stock is available again.
8. Entry made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9. Use of a false name, address, telephone or date of birth will result in disqualification. Future Publishing Limited accept no responsibility for requests unsuccessfully submitted.
11. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the Promotion.
12. The Promotion is subject to availability. Future Publishing Limited accept no responsibility whatsoever for elements of the Promotion being withdrawn or amended.

The Gift Card will automatically expire 24 months after date of purchase. Valid for UK postal addresses only. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for the cash alternative. When you receive confirmation of acceptance of your order from the Publisher, you should check that the price quoted is the price you were expecting to pay.
5. Credit Card Payments
The method of payment for this subscription is through a credit card or debit card payment and will be taken securely through the Website. The payment is processed by the Publishers appointed payment processor and received directly by the third party publisher. In return for introducing a consumer to the applicable Publisher magazinesdirect.com receives a small fee for each transaction. For printed magazine subscriptions, it may take up to 8 weeks for the first issue in a subscription to be delivered (and 12 weeks for overseas orders). magazinesdirect.com has no control over delivery or delivery dates, and has no access to any information relating to delivery. Any delivery problems or questions should be directed to the Publisher. Publisher contact details can be found on the email order confirmation. If you have not been able to get a satisfactory response from the Publisher then please contact magazinesdirect.com through our Contact Us page and we will use reasonable efforts to make sure that your concerns are dealt with. If at any time during a subscription you wish to change your subscription details (e.g. the delivery address), please also contact the Publisher directly as magazinesdirect.com cannot make changes to any active subscriptions.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you want to cancel your order you will need to contact the Publisher directly to arrange the order cancellation. Contact details of the Publisher can be found on your order confirmation email from magazinesdirect.com. Each Publisher will have their own cancellation policy and refunds will be given at the Publisher’s own discretion.
Should the unfortunate circumstance arise whereby the Publisher of your print subscription ceases trading and you require a refund (in part or full), please contact the Publisher directly or those working on behalf of the company (Insolvency Practitioners) to submit a creditors claim. Magazinesdirect.com are not able or liable to refund subscriptions once the payment has been made to the Publisher.
8. Free gifts with purchase
From time to time, a Publisher may offer a free gift with purchase of certain magazines. All gifts will be subject to stock availability and Publisher’s terms and conditions and will be time-limited. The Publisher reserves the right to also substitute any free gifts with a suitable alternative. Delivery of any free gifts will be a separate to the delivery of any magazines, delivery timelines will be subject to the Publishers own terms and conditions. 9. Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers and discount codes
